These terms cover the SpatialTap app for macOS (“the app”). SpatialTap is a product of PE Babiy Yuliia, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
Trial
The app runs fully unlocked for 7 days from its first launch in a macOS user account. After that it stops spatializing audio until a license key is entered. The trial needs no account, card or payment.
License
A purchased license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on up to three Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a Mac in the app and activate another. You may not share, resell or publish your key, reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it, or circumvent its licensing.
The license covers the version you bought and all updates with the same major version number (1.x). A future major version may be a paid upgrade.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which sells you the license and handles payment, tax, receipts and refunds under its own buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; depending on your location, Paddle may add sales tax or VAT at checkout, and the checkout shows the total before you pay.
License keys are issued and checked by SpatialTap’s own license server. Once a key is activated, being offline never removes it.
Within 14 days of purchase you can have a full refund for any reason: see the refund policy.
A license key ends with a full refund, with a chargeback (unless the chargeback is reversed), or when you ask us to delete your records. A partial refund does not end it. SpatialTap then stops at its next check of the key (at most once a week, and only when it can reach the license server), and your apps sound the way they did before. Deleting your records is described in the privacy policy.
Requirements and limitations
The app requires a Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 26 or later and headphones that macOS itself can spatialize. Spatial rendering and head tracking are performed by macOS; we can’t guarantee results on hardware or macOS versions Apple does not support, and a future macOS update could change or remove the system features the app relies on. The app deliberately leaves alone any app that is using the microphone, such as one in a call, and Apple’s own apps.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Your statutory rights in your country are not affected.

SpatialTap is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Spotify AB. Apple, AirPods, macOS and Safari are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address.
